Sales, persistence and customer service focused. Should have background in sales or pursuing further education in business or rated field. Bilingual a huge plus. You might also get interegating questions about previous customer service and leadership type question. They want to see if you want to grow with the company.

Very relaxed. Not too much pressure. Very cool management. I enojoyed the atmosphere and I was happy with the questions. They do not try to pressure and scare you. Training process is a bit much. But I get it.
