Interview
The interview process is so organize. It so exciting and very nervous at the same time but all I can say is I have a very good experience in the interview process.
first we apply thru code, we fill out our personal information then we had interview by ai, then assessment and assessment for account verification and last a mock call interview where i thought i couldn't pass but i was just overthinking too much
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Sep 2025
Interview
At first, I had an validation interview thru online process. Luckily, I passed it. After the validation they send me an email for assessment and final interview in which I passed it also. After everything, they give me the job offer and I accepted it.
