took me 3 hrs for the entire process..
First, an initial Interview.. where in it doesn't have right or wrong answer.. Normally they will ask you questions based on your Resume and will ask you to describe yourself.
Second, Berlitz .. since they would like to place me for a DSL account.
This process will test your communication skills, grammar, pronunciation and enunciation . It is over the phone process, where in the assessor will ask you questions that will trigger a certain topic and out-of-the-topic questions.. You need to relax and think as if your telling a story to your friend abroad.
Third, is an OPS interview. A process where in a team leader or operation manager will ask you series of questions like, what will make you stay in the company, things like that.
Fourth, is exam and call simulation.
Last is JOB OFFER! yehey!

Question 1
Call simulation. It's like a mock calls where in an assessor will act like a customer, sometimes an irate customer.. And they will check your soft skills..
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview was great and all. Everyone was nice and the host was nice as well. They asked questions and asked if I had experience in thing that dealt with customer service. I didn't have any, but it was very, VERY disappointing how they still invited me to an interview and knew what I put on my application. How can you even still invite someone for an interview knowing they don't have experience? On top of that, I feel like they should try to at least consider people who never worked before plus they even had training. I was very highly disappointed on how they were. I also wanted part-time because I am a college student. Another thing was right after the interview I got an email basically saying my background and experience wasn't strong enough. Again, it was a horrible experience. How can they just now be seeing the application.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Lahug) in Jul 2019
Interview
It was fairly quick and done within a day. I was referred by a friend who worked under the company and went through Q&A's and several stages of interview along with an exam. Took me 3 hours all in all.
