I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2019
Interview
I went to a job fair. Once I went in, they asked did I take an assessment which I didn’t. After I took the assessment they pulled me and another woman in the room and began to ask us questions. About 2 days later I received an email extending an offer of employment (upon drug test & background check) and to come in and bring my ID and do a complete application. The next day I received an email to schedule the orientation / drug screening. I start end of May :)

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
