Interview
Hiring process is very simple for TeleTech. If you have a high school diploma or GED, you are eligible for any entry-level position in the company. Go to teletechjobs.com or to your local TeleTech and apply. You will complete the application and likely take an online assessment based on various phone-based situations you may or may not encounter on the job. The entire process takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours, including a brief interview by a member of the hiring center (HC). The interview questions are simple questions, used by several interviewers from multiple jobs -- tell us about a time that you felt overwhelmed and how did you handle it, tell us about a time you had to work as part of a team, etc. etc...

Question 1
All questions were expected and required thinking on the fly, but the interviewers are not trying to stump you, they just want to know that you have real-world experience to bring to the company.
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
