Initial communication was odd, received calls from 3 different hiring manager. Each time, found out that previous hiring manager left the company. Turn over seems high. The had a lot of "exploratory" questions, nothing specific to my application for the position. Their questions were more geared towards how the previous company who held the contract conducted work. Almost as if they needed a blueprint to initiate their project.

Question 1
They asked me how much I made in that same position when working for the company that previously held the contact. The had not yet assembled their own team and didn't know how much to offer applicants.

Interview
Filled out Application online then received an email a few days later saying I was invited to the next step in the process. After the assessment was completed, I waited for another email to take the URT user readiness test for my headset.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Philadelphia, PA) in Sep 2015
Interview
They scheduled a call a didn't call and then they emailed me an offer letter. I declined because the pay is so low. They also put me through a pretty lengthy computer check process which was overall really annoying. I ran into issues several times.
I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Albuquerque, NM) in Sep 2015
Interview
There really was no interview. I had applied for a different job in the company a few months earlier, and had received through email to join an "offer call" which was a webex conference call with 30+ other people. They outlined the final employment requirements (system check, drug testing, forms completion.) They gave dates of required training, asked to choose a schedule preference (choice of 2 options). Training is to be paid and to last one month.
