I was invited for an interview. The email mentioned I should have my audio and camera on.
When I joined the interview, it was a group interview - which I thought should have been mentioned on the first email and wasn't. Also, the interviewer was not with the camera on, which was very weird to me.
Maybe this is just my personal impression, but the interview felt very weird to me.

I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
