Arrived, filled out a questionairre form for past employment history, Ran through some computer proficiency and language proficiency tests. Had an interview conversation with a talent acquisition rep. Second round interview with the hiring manager and a team member to check language skills conversationally, happened together with another candidate. 5-10 min wait after which we were both made an offer

Position required an online customer service skills test, a personality test, a logic/reasoning test, and a college-level Spanish language test. Despite all that, you still have to interact with an AI/automated "recruiter." The assessments took longer than promised, too.
