TTEC Quality Manager interview questions

I had some difficulty locating the position on their website so I had to contact the Talent Acquisitions department personally to apply. I was interviewed withn 2 days of my application after completing a 15min interview with the Sr Department Manager, I was offered the job. I was myself in the interview and answered every question based on my previous experiences
