TTEC Telesales interview questions

Simple send resume'. I had two interviews after submitting resume'. They verified all my information and that my insurance license was current. The will do a background check and a drug test and you must pass all of them to qualify for position. They will give you a tour of the site and tell you about pertinent information and ask for questions from you. They then sent a letter letting me know that I had been hired and passed all requirements.
