Target Backroom Team Member interview questions

Typical Interview, sat down with the HR in the individual target and asked about some situation questions. It took close to a week but overall it wasn't bad. Don't overdress; dress as what the other workers are dressing in.

First it will start with the application online. Then they will give you a call withinn a week or so depending if they need people or not. If all bodes well, you get to go off to a one on one meeting. Please dress well. (khakis and a dress shirt for guys, and ladies you know what to wear. Another tip for the guys, spend time ironing your clothes) lastly, they'll sign you up for orientation if you get the job. You will have to wait for your background check to pass.
