I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Annapolis, MD) in Jun 2014
Interview
It was a two-part interview. First I interviewed with the backroom team lead, then once I passed the first part I interviewed with the executive team lead. The whole process was easy and my interviewers were friendly and professional. Because I made a good impression, they offered me a job right there on the spot.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2011
Interview
Easy three to four behavioral/situational questions. Meet with two or three different Team Leaders or Executive Team Leaders. As long as you aren't shy and you can give half way decent answers then you will be fine. Most people you will interview with are going to be laid back and are going to know that you will be somewhat nervous so just try and remember that and not act nervous during the interview.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you lead a team. Tell me about a time where you and your superior didn't agree on something and how it was resolved.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (San Jose, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Called me on the phone and asked me the soonest I could come in. I asked them to give me an hour. Came in early and they interviewed me almost exactly on time. The initial interviewer was the Team Leader for HR and incredibly friendly, after completing that interview I waited for about 10 minutes before interviewing with a man in charge of the department I would be in. He was also friendly, even complimented me. Partway through he said he was going to bring me on, he just wanted to gauge certain things.
