I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target
Interview
The interview was one on one with one of the store's department managers. We introduced ourselves briefly and went over availability and what the job entailed before asking questions. The interview was short (about 10 questions) and consisted of half "Yes/No" questions where all you had to do was say "yes" or "no", and half "Scenario" questions where you had to go into detail about a specific scenario and how you handled it. These answers don't have to be job or school-related, either. If you pass, you go to HR and fill out a form confirming the details of the job and when orientation will be. If you don't, they'll tell you immediately and send you on your way.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you anticipated someone's needs
They ask a bunch of weak annoying questions that don't mean anything. I felt like they wanted to get through the interview portion as soon as possible. Pretty much if you get to the interview portion and your availability is open you have the position.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Myrtle Beach, SC) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied and got a call a week or two later to set up interview. Got there and waited like 15 minutes at Starbucks to be called back. There were then three interviews, back-to-back. The first one was with the team leader for backroom, second was with the executive team leader for backroom and logistics, and the final interview was with the executive store team leader. Apparently you have to get approved by each interviewer in order to move on to the subsequent interview. I was hired so I now know that you aren’t always interviews by the team leaders of the position you are interviewing for.
