Target Backroom Team Member interview questions

It's a pretty laid back interview that briefly goes over work history and education but will give you job if you make good enough of an impression. They want you to fit position but aren't looking for anything too amazing.

You just meet two managers and that's it. They ask generic questions but it's mostly relaxed. No need to worry when it comes to the interview process. Just come in there with a happy and positive attitude and you should be good to go.
