I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (West Lebanon, NH) in Dec 2021
Interview
They’re too lazy and clearly do not actually care about individuals and have the interviews not even in person and very very confusing to navigate and do even for a tech savvy young adult!! The questions are very very dull and barely proper for interviews in my opinion for a company that claims to care so so much about their employees. The interview should’ve been the first of many many red flags for me but we all know what’s said about hindsight. Not a good process to get into the interview right and an interview with red flags planted in every single little possible spot. Listen to the red flags. It only gets worse after the interview if you get hired.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Columbus, OH) in May 2020
Interview
Applied online and received an interview. The process was simple, and the interviewer was professional. I accepted the job offer and worked as an Associate for a year. It was a positive experience.
