A one-to-one interview in a conference room. Flexibility for scheduling seemed to be significant and there was a space on the application to list all available times for shifts. The hiring manager seemed to understand all that was needed for the position and was helpful answering any questions that I had.

Questions were pretty standard and there were a few specific to the responsibilities for the position.
It was pretty fast and easy. they ask about recent customer service experience and they give you multiple scenarios and ask how you would respond. if you do not have experience, they ask about other times where you have stood out.
She asked me questions about myself, why I wanted to work for target, and why I was interested in the position of customer service associate and if I knew the job duties of that position.
