Target Flow Team Member interview questions

Applied online, received a call about a week later to schedule the interview. Walked in for the interview on the appointed day; took a short quiz on their computer; waited about 10 minutes; was interviewed by two team leaders (separately); received an offer shortly after the second team leader finished interviewing.

The interview process was very simple. It was given in three steps. I first received the phone call to come in for an interview. When i came in i was told to wait in the break room. I was told to fill out some paperwork. In the break room you there are other target workers and other applicants waiting as well. Once I went in they have an interview with a mid level manager. They ask a few behavior based questions. Once you are done with that interview. They gave me another interview with a higher level manager. I was offered the job instantly on site. I was over qualified for this job and the higher level manager told me, but I said that was the type of work i wanted to do.
