Initially I applied for overnight flow. I was first given a brief interview over the phone. They asked why I wanted to work for Target. They also went over the hours and the pay. After they asked me to come in for in person interview. When I arrived it took over 40 minutes before someone came to interview me. They questions were you basic describe a situation, your answer, and the outcome questions. After the Interview I was given a brief test and then offered a salesfloor position.
