Target Flow Team Member interview questions

I wasn't originally hired for the flow team, or for the location I left. But the interview process is basic. They ask you to describe times where you helped a customer, what you like about retail, they ask you to describe yourself and they go on about how Target is a "family" and everyone works together and its such a wonderful place to work, ect.

Pretty standard interview questions, gave about 2-3 scenario questions. Interviewed with 2 different leads then with HR. one was a team lead and the other was an ETL Was offered the job the same day.
