Target Flow Team Member interview questions

Applied online. Got a call a couple days later to come in for a interview. Was interviewed by the store manager. simple basic interview. asked about background. manager was laid back and easy to talk to. hired on the spot.

Went into the store and waited in a office area for the interview, after a few minutes I was greeted by my interviewers and we went into another room for the interview. It was a very relaxed atmosphere but I still felt a little nervous since it was my first time doing this. The interview lasted for about 20-30 minutes or so. Most of the questions they asked were mainly situational ones.
