Interview
Got a phone call to come in. Came in to interview with another female. One would have at least about interviews one after the other if they like you. Manager wasn't there so I was invited to come back the next day then I was offered a flow team member position.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Bridgeton, MO) in Mar 2015
Interview
I applied online and within about 2 or 3 days I received a call asking me if I was willing to do a phone interview the following day. I agreed and the interview was pretty easy. Afterwards, I was told I had to come in to complete an assessment and an in-person interview. The assessment was pretty easy for anyone with basic mathematical skills and the interview was basically the same as the phone interview. I basically had the job right then and there, but in my situation I had to check with my boss because I had another job. After accepting the position, I had to come in and get my paperwork that told me my position and pay. A few days later I was told about my orientation date, time, and what to wear.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Kirkwood, MO) in Feb 2015
Interview
Pretty easy. First, they had me take a test that had some math involved, but very short and overall easy. Then, they took me back to a room and asked me very easy situation questions. Then, I was asked the same exact questions by another manager. Finally, they told me that I was offered the job and to get a drug test done and background check so that I could start orientation.
