I applied online and got a call back about 10 days later. I missed their call and it took me 4 HOURS to get a hold of HR (who manages scheduling the interviews). They scheduled an interview on Thursday (it was Tuesday). I came in and was first interviewed by one of the HR people. Then I was interviewed by one of the store managers. They asked pretty in-depth questions, but pretty typical ones. They offered me a job ten minutes later.
