Interview
Very quick interview, a fast and relatively easy process if you can be quick on your feet with the questions they ask. Be prepared to answer situation questions about your personal experiences, and answer them thoroughly, or this will end up being a very difficult interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Two part interview. 1). Phone 2). In person. On the phone they ask about four questions in regards to your fit as a TEAM member at Target. In person they pretty much ask the same questions, but discuss more about the actual job that you would be doing. You have opportunities to ask them questions as well (in both interviews).
