The process was short for me i had 1 phone interview and was told i would get a call back and never did. They never called back after several reach outs. Finally i was told via email they were moving forward with someone else.

Interview
I was surprised that I was asked to describe a time when I sold something. I didn't think this was a sales job, but more helping customers find items, etc. I thought that was very strange that we were supposed to "sell" Target brand goods vs. other brands.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2024
Interview
The interview process at Target was straightforward, friendly, and well-organized. I met with a hiring manager who made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain what the role would involve. They asked thoughtful questions about my previous work experience, how I handle customer interactions, and how I work in a team setting. The conversation felt more like a discussion than a test, which helped ease any nerves. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a good impression of the company and its values.
