Quick and easy. Interview after 1 week and a week after that I got a call with a decision. In other interviews I have had previously it took longer to hear back. Not this one, it was great.
Asked mainly about past job experience. There were some specific questions pertaining to how I handled difficult situations in past jobs. Interview was personal and not too formal. Good experience
