Everything was done over the Internet including interview questions. You'll be asked about a situation at work and how you responded to it or things of that nature. The hiring manager will review your responses and decide if you're a fit for the job.

You go in and speak to a manager. They ask you basic questions and explain the job your are applying for and end with do you have any questions? I recommend asking for more upfront. Everyone makes a slightly different amount so be sure and be the one that is started at the highest possible hourly.
