Fill out an overly long application with an assessment, then do a one-way interview where they ask you basic behavioral questions.
One-way interviews are incredibly inconsiderate and show the company has no care at all for their applicants. After wasting my time doing the interview, I didn't get an offer. Somehow I don't live up to whatever lofty standards Target has. Well, I have higher standards than working for a company that does one way interviews so I guess I dodged a bullet.
Also, they sent the denial in the middle of the night so it is obvious no real person even looked at my interview answers.
