video recorded interview where they ask you a question and you get 3 tries to record it, followed by an in person interview where they ask you about your customer experience roles and ask you about your strenghts and weaknesses. interview was chill and laid back

did you have any customer facing roles in the past
Applied online and was called for an over-the-phone interview. Asked very basic questions that would honestly not matter all that much to the job but was a very easy and basic interview
Good, quick, partial online test and the actual meeting of the people was good. They were kind and polite and asked good questions. I'd work there again. If I interviewed again I think it would be good. Thank you for your time.
