Online, time consuming process and no contact from anyone to talk about job or possibilities was completely online. Online application was too long to complete for no one to ever get back to you. A week or more later a cold email is sent to you say you pretty much wasted you time.

The interview was entirely online and the video's were prerecorded. It was an odd feeling not really having any feedback right after an interview, but you are given several chances to look at the video before submitting.
