Easy in person with the store manager. He asked scenario based questions and talked about store expectations and values. They may have a different store manager now. Very easy process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2021
Interview
First interview was with only a store manager. Pretty standard questions were asked. I was asked to come for a second interview with the district manager and district visual merchandiser. They asked questions and walked me around the store, asking my opinion on different visual elements and displays. Didn't hear anything back after the second interview.
