I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Colorado Springs, CO) in Oct 2021
Interview
The interview was great. You have to prepare yourself for a lot of questions and be able to tell your experiences. It's a lot of specific questions, and they want to make sure you have experience. It is a lot way until you get the position. You need to get through 3 different interviews. It's a long process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Boston, MA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I passed all my 3 interviews and was given great reviews as well as recommendations for the job. I finally got a call a week later and the reason was lack of experience, when I have numerous amounts of experience in retail, merchandising, and fashion. Instead of being honest and truthful that they had found someone for the position I was trailed along.
