Interview

The whole Recruitment process was lengthy it took almost 3 days for the whole process to be completed.It started with a written aptitude exam which is not much difficult to crack, followed by a technical interview and HR interview. The technical interview pretty much straight forward (nothing like tricky questions or solving real time problem).

there were 4 rounds: 1. aptitude exam 2. essay writing 3. technical 4. HR it was an average interview because the aptitude exam weeded out a lot of applicants. the essay writing was easy but a lot of people did not make it due to panic. The topics were given suddenly but sentence formation was supposed to be easy.

aptitude exam was average and with good preparation anyone can clear it. The essay writing was basic as well and did require us to write huge words. In the technical interview, the questions were basic..they dont really care if you have advanced knowledge or not because they will be training you anyway..HR interview was nice..the interviewer was calm and composed.

Company ppt and after that three Rounds were conducted. First Round- Aptitude Test. Consists of two parts- aptitude and picture composition. Second Round- Technical round. Questions on DS, C, DBMS. They may ask puzzle. Third Round- HR round. Basic introductory questions. Interview got over within a day.
