Tech Mahindra Customer Service interview questions

The interview took place online via Microsoft Teams and was announced via email. The interview was very structured, and the participants were competent and friendly. It was a very pleasant conversation, and even after the conversation, timely feedback was received regarding the status of the application.

The first round was a phone call asking me about my experience and explaining more about the role, after that I was booked for an interview. It was more scenario based questions and also some motivational questions.
