Tech Mahindra Python Developer interview questions

1. Round1 - Telephonic Interview with focus on Basic Python 2. Round 2- Face to Face Technical , discussion on Django, automation and past project experience. 3. Round 3 - Manager Round

Very unprofessional and idiotic interview process. The guy who was interviewing me was attending a meeting simultaneously. Asked easy questions and then told me that I have cleared the first round. After that he told me what I need to study for the second round. Its been more than 2 months and I didn't recieve any call from them. The HR won't pick up my calls. They have this ghosting tendency. Even one of my colleagues had a similar experience. I really respect Mahindra sir but I truly despise these unprofessional clowns working in the IT wing of his organisation.
