Tech Mahindra Senior Developer interview questions

Totally they have conducted 2 rounds of technical interviews.. one is with internal team. Other one is client technical interview.. actually they follow the candidate very closely.. so you don't want to worry about the process.. they will call and update very frequently like what's going on the background. Once shortlisted in the first round. They will arrange for the client call. If you clear , HR will contact you for negotiation. Then finally they will release offer letter once BG is done.

Technical round, managerial round and HR round Technical and Managerial same day face to face. HR round was via call. Interview process was smooth. After clearing technical, managerial round. HR will call within a week for HR round.
