Tech Mahindra Senior Software Engineer interview questions

first two Technical round and then managerial round would be there and result would be declared within a week of time. Also for java profile there is paper test having java codes.

It took more then a year .. they reached out to me through referral and they had 2 interview over phone that i cleared i guess and then they say they can't hire me directly as i don't have 3 + year of experience so I gave a test with Apti , code and language test .. they didn't came back for a year then they again asked if I am interested or not so really confused what they want and this works there
