Don't waste your time .. For name sake they conduct interviews with rude interviewers. They just call you for interview to waste your leaves and time on weekdays. Interviewers don't even know how to behave with candidates. So rudely they behave , interviewer being an afterall employee -"behaves as an owner of the organisation" . Suggestion to interviewer - First build a capacity to manage a single team then behave like a owner . Unprofessional , technically ill interviewers are here. Don't waste your time , if you want to waste your leave then go and attend interview here. After seeing positive reviews I thought of attending interview here. But the reality is totally different, don't know how those interviewers are surviving in the company. Think twice before attending interview here , I didn't see any positive things in this company.

I was interview at client location .There was just one technical face to face round.They were themselves confused about where to take the interview .I got call from chandivali location saying your interview is scheduled at chandivali while interview call letter was for nerul .They do not communicate with each other.after reaching 3 member came at reception they thought that we were selected candidates and it was final round .I told them that I was not done with single round.So one of them took my interview for 45 mins after that she asked me to leave and asked about my salary.Company like tech Mahindra is not able to give a hike even not ready to accept with same salary.

It was in client location, One to one, 2 technical discussion, 1 manager round, process finished within 2 hours. Totally based on angular front end, typescript, git, jira, Core java, Agile, on the latest feature on angular , how to handle escalation situation, how to track in JIRA, Team player, Documentation on requirement, core java, oops concepts .
