## 1st Round: Communication “Good morning sir/madam. My name is Nalla Manasa. I completed my education and I am interested in starting my career in IT support and customer service. I know the difference between IPv4 and IPv6, password reset process, VPN, and remote desktop support. As a fresher, I am eager to learn new technologies and improve my technical skills.
