Interview
First, there was a written exam consisting of 100 questions to be done in 1 hour. second round was technical, they asked questions from C, C++ and Java on some specific topics like linked list, queue, stacks, some small programming problems like factorial, prime no etc.
After this they started asking IQ questions like puzzles, quants etc.
After Technical round there was a HR round which was just the introduction and company profile briefing.

I was placed in campus recruitment at my college. They were hiring for both Mahindra Satyam and TechMahindra. It was a 2 day process, first day was for registration and aptitude test while interviews(technical and HR) were scheduled for next day.Aptitude was average level had a section english which is scoring even if you have working knowledge of English.
I was shortlisted and gave interview on next day . I prepared basics of C,C++, and my final year project details . Make sure you know your resume inside out and have supporting example/expirience for everything you have mentioned in your resume. My interview was conducted over telephone and he was very friendly and asked me to give my brief introduction and the questions were mostly basics of my degree major and current trends in that field. It lasted for about 30-40 min and then I was told to wait and tehn they called me for HR. It was a group HR in which he asked 3 questions and asked about our views on that , it lasted for 30-40 min . Then were told to wait and finally they announced names of selected candidates
