Seriously face to face means aptitude for elimination round for three years experience guys ?? Wait for long 4 hrs and at the end aptitude. Process of organizing interview was very bad.Please organize interview properly before calling. First impression is the last for every thing.

it was campus selection. first was aptitude which was quite simple, then 2nd was Technical round in which they asked about the our BE final project and some technical questions about java,c,c++ etc.
then was the HR interview which was 3rd. All this happened in 1 day only.
