Tesco Customer Service Assistant interview questions

Easy just the normal questions. Situation questions and competency. A few written questions too. Just the usual sort of thing. It was in person with one of the managers and he was fairly nice. no group interviews in my experience either which was good. Overall not too bad.

The interview was fairly standard. They asked a few questions about my background with customer service experience and how I would handle this position. I found them very friendly and professional.
