Tesco interview questions

2 stage video conference call via teams , was asked competency based questions which I failed on as i did not sell the job, as a recruiter we are not there to sell a job but to provide candidate with insight about the role and process - the selling comes from Hiring manager and the team.

It as a fine process. No issues. Kind people and supporting in asking questions that I could answer with experience from past role I had held in retail as store assistant
