I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tesco (Bedford, Inglaterra) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process started with an online application, followed by a video interview where I had to answer pre-recorded questions. It was mostly situational and customer service-based. After that, I was invited to a group interview at the store. The staff were friendly and explained what the role involved. It was fast-paced but professional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked, ‘Can you describe a time when you had to work under pressure?’ That stood out because Aldi is a very fast-paced place, and I think they wanted to see if I could handle the workload calmly and efficiently.
Interview was very basic, asked to fill out some health and safety forms, asked 5 competency based questions e.g. tell me a time you've spoken out and made changes, tell me something new you have learnt about yourself.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Tesco (Aylesbury, Inglaterra) in Nov 2024
Interview
It was a quick and easy interview, lasting 10 minutes. There were no real work related questions, just a casual conversation with a manager about hobbies and interests, which thankfully I shared with the manager.
