Interview
Group interview of 7. Spent 10 minutes all answering the same questions in turn. Then went to individual 'interviews' however it wasn't really an interview just seeing when we were available etc.

Interview
I applied online and was invited to a face to face interview. This turned out to be a 2 hour interview process. Firstly, there was a far to face interview with a manager, but I was interviewed with another candidate. We were both asked the same questions, even though I was a school leaver and he was a 50 year old manager of a customer services team. Next, we went on the shop floor, and were asked to talk with customers and pack their shopping. The store was very quiet, and all the candidates were looking for people to help.
Finally, there was a team building exercise in which we had to build a 6 foot tower out of paper within 5 minutes. It had to be free standing for a minute, and ecologically sound. There were 6 in the group of all ages.

Interview
Group Interview, made us act out tasks then had 1-1 interviews that lasted for around 20 mins.
Interview questions were fairly simple, as long as you prepare beforehand you will be fine.
Group assessment sound more daunting than it actually is, but be prepared many people will suck up to the interviewer. Just try to stand out through your experience.
