I applied online. I interviewed at Tesco (Newtownards, Northern Ireland) in Jun 2017
Interview
Called in on a morning, two managers are present for your interview writing down what you say, they were very friendly. Asked to present yourself then given a 100% skill based interview. There was not a single question, everything was "Tell me about a time where you...." Afterwards you are shown around the backrooms of the store then you're finished. You don't need to prepare, the questions are just asking you to tell stories about your life.
Very slow getting back to me, told me it would be within a week, "we wont keep you waiting past this Friday". Took nearly 2 weeks, thinking I hadn't got the job, received my offer on the following Thursday.
