I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesco (Solihull, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
very easy, a online questionnaire then a formal interview. then there was a short work experience test just putting things on shelves. there was a wait from the online to a phone call for the interview but wasn't much of a wait. it was a formal interview where they put me at ease and asked about personal and impersonal things such as hobbies outside of work. really easy to follow. also if you search Tesco application questionnaire questions theirs usually someone who posts the questions and answers online
