Interview
So i got a call from tesco a few days after my application, asking for an interview. Sadly i was on holiday and couldnt make it they said they'll call me once im back but i thought they just said that for formal kindness. Surprisingly enough a couple of days after my return i got a call back from them asking me to come in. i went in hoping to see other people for the interview but no one was there i was talking to staff just friendly general chat. Later on i got interviewed by one of the manager the interview so well. The manager even told me he had interviews last week and he was almost about to cry cause they so dull and boring but he said i was interesting which i guess was good sign. He asked me simple and general questions, we had a great laugh it went so well. He also mentioned the induction day which kinda gave me a hint that ive got the job. Then they said they would email me and let me know. im only 16 so i thought i didnt get it as it had been 2 days after the interview and got no email or call. Then the 3rd day i got a call saying i got the job and told to intend the two induction day! Interview went really well and i love the job! The induction was soo boring but you also get payed for that which is not bad! In the induction the lady told the whole group how i was so lovely and nice to all the staff which also another reason i got the job! So just be yourself polite and friendly and try have a general chat to express your personality!

Was then showed around the store and my department and was told i'll here back in less than a week.

One on one interview with the manager of Tesco Express. The interview was very laid back and the manager seemed lovely. She asked me a round 3 - 4 questions and then offered me the job at the interview.
