Interview
I applied online and then got a call about a week later asking me to come in for an interview. It was a group interview with 4 other people. We were all asked around 4/5 questions and went round the group to answer them. We then got asked to do a team building exercise of building a tower out of paper. After that we went out on the shop floor interacting with some customers and working with some of the people there for about 20 minutes. This was so that they could see how well we would work in the process. The interview was very relaxed and calm and the lady interviewing was very nice!
