Tesco interview questions

Whilst waiting I sat in the break room. I then brought into a room with just the interviewer - a girl who works there and then asked to fill out a form with all my details and she asked me when I'm free during the week and noted it on a time sheet. I was asked five questions where I had to describe a situation to answer them.

I applied online through Tesco's website and it took them few days to respond and arrange the interview. The interview itself isn't hard and is mostly focused on how you would generally act in certain situations. Be prepared for behavioral questions as the job will mostly revolve around interaction with customers. The interviewers were friendly and the whole process was well organized. Would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
