I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tesco (Beaumont, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
There were around 10 people, we introduced ourselves and did a small task of finding out 5 things about the person next to you. Before that we had to fill in couple of forms. Finally we went inside the store and worked there (stacking) for around 20 minutes. Then they said they will let us know whether we are successful or not. its been 3 days and I am still waiting.

Question 1
What other jobs have you done before?
What you doing currently?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tesco (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Aug 2013
Interview
This was a group interview at their Didsbury branch involving around 10 people and two members of staff. It lasted around 45 minutes and was relatively easy if you prepared. After the interview was finished they did some very quick training in arranging the stock on the shelves and then made us do it for 10 minutes. Although they claimed it was part of the interview we all felt like we were being made to work for free with the time left. I was at university elsewhere at the time and didn't get the job as they wanted someone for longer than the summer
